Weekly Menu

The menu for the week beginning May 16th – including National Pick Strawberry Day -  is: Sunday – Ham salad sandwiches made with green onion mayonnaise and home made whole wheat bread. Not Cheesecake but “cheese cakes” which, according to my reading of the original recipe in Cooking with Love and Paprika, are small savory biscuit sized cakes made with cheese.
